HOW DO I ORDER?

To place your order with The Vampire’s Wife please visit our online store where you can purchase our collection. Simply select your items, along with size, colour and quantity and complete the order by following the straightforward prompts on screen.

Should you have any trouble navigating our online store or completing your order, please contact us at customerservices@thevampireswife.com for further assistance. If you need help placing an order, tracking your purchase, arranging your return or exchange, choosing the right size and fit we are happy to assist.

If you would prefer to complete your order via telephone or mail order please contact us. Please send an email customerservices@thevampireswife.com or telephone on +44 (0) 01273 605 053. We are open Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 GMT. If products ordered are not available, The Vampire’s Wife will inform the Customer by all means available (telephone and email).

Once you place an order by following the simple on screen instructions, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email

PRIVATE SALE/SUMMER SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Private Sale/Summer Sale is accessible for a limited time only.
2. This offer is available on selected styles only.
3. The Vampire's Wife reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
4. Access to the Private Sale is by invitation only. You must use the email activation link to access the sale.

 

PRE-ORDER AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT

When you purchase via pre-order, you are initially charged a 50% deposit of the total price (pre-discount) of the item(s) at checkout. Shipping fees will also be charged.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order which includes a link to pay the balance.

When your item(s) have arrived we will notify you by email, and you must pay the remaining balance of the order by using the payment link sent with your initial order confirmation. Full payment must be made prior to shipping.

Promotional discount will be subtracted from the final payment balance amount, not the deposit.

IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe secure payments and we do not hold any credit card details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. You have notified us of intention to return within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at:

  2. We receive the return within 14 days after this notice was given.
  3. The item is in its original condition - unworn, unused and undamaged - with all tags in place, and folded in the original tissue paper.
  4. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return, deduction to refund value or return of the package back to the original purchaser. Please note that Made to Measure, Demi-Couture or other Special Order pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returns should be made using pre-paid, registered Special Delivery Service - tracked and signed. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. The Vampire’s Wife are not responsible for any items lost in the post. Your statutory rights will not be affected. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs/duties or taxes incurred, and do not cover any shipping charges for returns/exchanges unless the goods are faulty.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If in the unlikely event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us to arrange the return of the item at your earliest convenience. The Vampire’s Wife is responsible for paying all shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. Please note that Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition with all packaging, tags and documentation included.

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted to customerservices@thevampireswife.com.

If The Vampire’s Wife receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, then you are deemed to have received and accepted the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item from The Vampire’s Wife as a gift you may request a refund or exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes and import duties and any additional charges that may incur as a result of exchange. The Vampire’s Wife reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.
