How are we responding to COVID19?

At The Vampire's Wife, we have been closely monitoring the latest developments on coronavirus (COVID-19). Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend its safety precautions at the point of delivery. Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to physically sign for your delivery. We suggest that you follow your shipment with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

The Vampire's Wife accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: 
VISA CREDIT, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, AMEX, & PAYPAL.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees? "

3-5 Days UK and International. The EU, Australia and Rest of the world has a charge of £10 delivery. Wecover customs and duty in the US and Australia (if you are charged, please contact Customer Service)

How can I track my order status?

Details of your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email which provides a link to your order status.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

Carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend its safety precautions at the point of delivery due to the Coronavirus. Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to physically sign for your delivery

Can I modify my shipping address?

Please email customer service so that they can make this amendment

How can customers return and exchange an item?

You will be provided with instructions upon receipt of your parcel, however do reach out to customer service if you need further assistance

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Refund can be made between 10-14 days depending on type of payment and once return has been received by us. Our Office hours are between 9am to 5pm during Business days. Please email Customer Service so that they can provide you with our available stock at customerservices@thevampireswife.com.
