UK RETURNS

Please use the pre-paid return label and instructions provided with your order or email us at customerservices@thevampireswife.com for assistance.
Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please use the DHL return label provided with your order.
Kindly visit the DHL website to book in the collection for your return, using the Waybill number on your label.

2. For the “Do you need to create a shipping label?” question, click on “No, I already have a shipping label attached to my package” Click on “I have a DHL Waybill number” and then enter your Waybill number (this can be found under the first barcode on your DHL label) and your telephone number to book in your return. Follow the rest of the online instructions.

1b. Alternatively please call DHL on 0044 844 248 0844 and use your Waybill number to book in a collection. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage.

THE VAMPIRE'S EMPORIUM RETURNS POLICY

Please note that our return requirements for The Vampire's Emporium sale items are as follows. 

We will gladly exchange or refund your Vampire's Emporium sale merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

    1. The item is returned to us within 14 days in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place.
    2. The return is posted in the packaging in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.
  • The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.
  • Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or the return of the package.

    RETURNS POLICY

    We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 28 days of receipt, provided that:

    1. We receive the return within 28 days after this notice was given.
    2. The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper. Due to the intimate nature of our knitwear pieces, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
    3. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.
    4. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

    Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or return of the package.

    REFUNDS

    Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.

    We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
