Shipments outside of the UK/EU/US/AUS: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THESE EXTRA CHARGES.

Returns

Please use the pre-paid return label and instructions provided with your order or email us at customerservices@thevampireswife.com for assistance.
Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

If you do not have a pre-paid label enclosed, you can process a return at your convenience with our new Returns Portal

1. Visit our return portal here : https://returns.thevampireswife.com/

2. Enter your Order Number and the Email address that was used to place your order to start the return process.

3. Select the products you wish to return and then complete the simple online steps to choose either a refund or exchange.

4. Pack the items securely using the original packaging provided.

5. Print your return label if required, ensuring the previous delivery label is removed or covered with the new returns label.

6. If using parcel drop-off, take your package to the correct location and retain your proof of postage. You may drop-off your return at a parcel drop location or book a courier for home collection.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be dispatched. Please allow 5 business days.

For hygiene reasons, all face coverings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom, Made To Order or Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.

We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

THE VAMPIRE'S ECLIPSE RETURNS POLICY

Please note that our return requirements for The Vampire's Eclipse sale items are as follows.

We will gladly exchange or refund your Vampire's Eclipse sale merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

1. The item is returned to us within 14 days in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place.

2. The return is posted in the packaging in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

3. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or the return of the package.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 28 days of receipt, provided that:

We receive the return within 28 days after this notice was given.

1. The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper. Due to the intimate nature of our knitwear pieces, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.

2. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

3. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or return of the package.
