Features a detachable pussy-bow neck tie. May be styled with an adjustable waist sash for a cinched silhouette. Unlined. Button fastening keyhole at front neck. Voluminous silhouette is completed by a ruffled hem detail and balloon sleeves. 100% Cotton.
