I received a lovely card with this Irish blessing on it. It is an ancient Celtic prayer. Maybe it’s on every tea towel and coffee mug in Ireland. I don’t know. But I love it. Thank you Marie-Thérèse and thank you everyone else for the wonderful letters you have sent this year, full of your thoughts and inspirations. I love receiving them. I heard this wonderful version of The Smiths classic song "There is a Light That Never Goes Out" by the brilliantly ebullient Dum Dum Girls on the DJ Lonny’s amazing Cover to Cover on Radio Lewes this week. What a great show! What a superb song! What a joyful cover! ‘To die by your side is pleasure and a privilege’ indeed!
